Zara Webber

Zara joined us in January 2022 from a busy high street practice in the City Centre and was appointed a Director in January 2024.  Zara qualified in 2005 and since then has accumulated a wealth of expertise in all areas of law.  Her passion however has, and will always remain, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.  She has undertaken all manner of property transactions in her time including: right to buy scheme purchases, transfers of equity, Co-ownership purchases and buy outs, divorce/separation sales and transfers, equity release and remortgages. 

Her commercial experience extends to acquisitions and letting of a range of business use premises.

Zara also acts as a Consultant to a local major enterprise park addressing on a day to day basis any legal issues which arise. Her commitment and love of her work means every client and transaction receives personal and informed guidance at every stage of the process to deliver a completion as straightforward and stress free as possible.  With so many years’ experience there is little which Zara has not yet encountered but she’s always up for a challenge!

In her free time Zara enjoys making memories with her young family.
