Jonathan Scullion

Jonathan joined Armstrong’s in 2022 having previously worked for a city centre practice. Graduating from Queens University Belfast in 2013 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2017, Jonathan has accumulated a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing including volume sales of distressed assets for large international investment funds as well as mortgagee in possession, fixed charge receiver, first time buyers, NICHOA Ltd, NIHE & other housing associations cases.

Jonathan particularly enjoys helping first time buyers who are taking their first steps on the property ladder and his approachable, straight-talking nature puts clients at ease during what is likely one of the largest financial transactions of their life so far.

Outside of work Jonathan enjoys volunteering for local charities which has taken him as far afield as Africa!
