The basics
Adopting a child is a complex process and we are happy to offer advice and representation throughout the court process.
Adopting a child means the adopter gains parental responsibility of the child. Parental responsibility is defined as all the rights and responsibilities a parent of a child has including medical treatment and schooling.
To adopt a child, you must be over 21 years old and the child must be at least 19 weeks old.

Costs
